The Liver Cleanse Tonic We All Need Post Pandemic

Um, ok. This tonic needs its own moment. Not only is it extremely refreshing, but when you drink this in the morning you’re helping to cleanse the liver of all the toxins it’s stored up over the night. Yep, they’re just sitting there waiting to be released and this tonic is going to help give our bodies start the day by giving us the critical hydration and glucose we need to slay our day!

 

Our liver is such an interesting organ, we should really get into it one day but for now, tonic…

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Pitcher

  • 4 Cups Water

  • 4 inches Fresh Ginger

  • 1 Lemon Juiced

  • 2 TSP Raw Honey of Your Choice

 

You can either grate the ginger and leave in the fridge overnight or break into small pieces, add it into hot water, let it sleep overnight. You could also squish the ginger using a garlic chopper. Add lemon to water.

 

In the morning, pour into your favorite mug, heat, add a tsp of honey and enjoy your liver cleansing tonic!
