I believe the life we receive is the life we give, and when we are well, we can be a source of life for others.

We all know moving our body regularly is one of the most important things you can do for your health.
Being active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
The best workout is the one you will actually do. I have a simple philosophy that if it’s not fun, I’m not doing it! Biking, kayaking, walking, yoga, and pilates are a few ways I enjoy being active!
